扩张型心肌病(DCM)的发病率和病死率很高,是引起心力衰竭(心衰)和心脏移植的主要原因。DCM的发病机制有很多种,其中遗传因素起关键作用,许多单核苷酸多态性(SNP)位点已被发现与DCM相关。本篇综述概括了近几年DCM的遗传研究进展,并总结了截止到目前发现的与DCM易感性相关的SNP,旨在为DCM的预防和控制提供参考。
Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) has a high morbidity and mortality and is the leading cause of heart failure (heart failure) and heart transplantation. There are many pathogenesis of DCM, of which genetic factors play a key role, many single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) sites have been found associated with DCM. This review summarizes the progress of genetic research in DCM in recent years and summarizes the SNPs associated with susceptibility to DCM so far, so as to provide a reference for the prevention and control of DCM.
