在高层建筑的地基处理中,大直径钻孔灌柱桩已被广泛应用,如我省杭州大厦,宁波国际大厦,之江宾馆,杭州敦煌饭店等工程,部分工程已经结顶使用。该桩具有结构沉降量小,单位承载力高,施工无振动,无噪音,对邻近建筑物无影响等优点。我公司在杭州已完成的几个工程,其桩的承载力和结构沉降情况见表1。所谓大直径钻孔灌注桩,一般钻孔直径在φ600~φ1500mm,也有大至φ2000mm的,钻孔深度在30~50m,桩端一般都进基
In the foundation treatment of high-rise buildings, large-diameter bored piles have been widely used, such as the Hangzhou Tower, Ningbo International Building, Zhijiang Hotel, Hangzhou Dunhuang Hotel and other projects, some of which have already been used. The pile has the advantages of small structural settlement, high unit bearing capacity, no vibration in construction, no noise, and no impact on adjacent buildings. For the several projects that our company has completed in Hangzhou, see Table 1 for its bearing capacity and structural settlement. The so-called large-diameter cast-in-place bored piles generally have a diameter of φ600-φ1500mm and a diameter of φ2000mm, and the drilling depth is 30-50m.
