用云南和日本的水稻品种研究花器状性与耐寒性状的关系;结果看出:花药和柱头的长度在品种间有明显差异,花药长的品种耐寒性强,短的耐寒性弱。云南粳稻的花药一般比日本品种长,初步说明了云南品种的耐寒性强于日本品种的原因。花药长度与每药内充实花粉数及相对结实率均呈高度正相关,而且药长受环境影响比空秕指数的变动小。因此,花药长度可作为水稻品种耐寒性强弱的形态指标。
The results showed that the length of anthers and stigma were significantly different among cultivars. The anther long cultivars had strong cold tolerance and short cold tolerance. The anthers of Yunnan japonica rice are generally longer than those of Japanese cultivars, indicating the reason why the cold tolerance of Yunnan cultivars is stronger than that of Japanese cultivars. The length of anthers was highly correlated with the number of filled pollen and the relative seed setting rate of each drug, and the change of drug length was less affected by the environment than that of the space 秕 index. Therefore, anther length can be used as a morphological indicator of the cold tolerance of rice varieties.
