气相色谱法是一种十分有效的分离分析方法。然而,要获得好的分析结果,除要求有性能较好的气相色谱仪外,还必须有熟练的技巧和优越的操作条件相配合。组份分离的好坏及操作条件的稳定性等对色谱分析结果的准确性有着十分重要的影响,这是显而易见的。本文侧重从填充剂、柱温、进样量等对色谱峰态的影响进行了初步认识,并定性地说明了色谱峰态对定性定量结果的影响及不同峰态时比较合适的色谱图的定量处理方法。
Gas chromatography is a very effective separation and analysis method.
