3月18日,2013年全省防汛抗旱工作视频会议在省防汛抗旱会商中心召开。会议深入贯彻落实全国防汛抗旱工作会议和全省水利工作会议精神,总结了2012年防汛抗旱工作,对2013年防汛抗旱任务进行安排部署。省防汛抗旱指挥部专职副总指挥、省水利厅副厅长侯百君出席会议并作重要讲话,会议对全省城市排涝预案编制、水库汛期安全管理、抗旱服务队建设工作进行了专题部署。省气象局、省水文局,分别对全省气象、水文情况进行了分析预测,省水利厅有关处室参加了会议。
March 18, 2013, the province’s flood control and drought relief video conference held in the provincial flood control and Drought Relief Business Center. The meeting thoroughly implemented the National Conference on Flood Control and Drought Relief Work and the Provincial Water Conservancy Work Meeting, summarized the flood control and drought relief work in 2012, and arranged the deployment of flood control and drought relief tasks in 2013. Hou Baijun, deputy director of the provincial flood control and drought relief headquarters, and deputy director of the provincial water conservancy department attended the conference and made important speeches. The meeting carried out special arrangements for the drafting of flood drainage plans, reservoir flood safety management and construction of drought relief service teams in the province. Provincial Meteorological Bureau, Provincial Hydrology Bureau, respectively, the province’s meteorological and hydrological conditions were analyzed and predicted that the provincial Department of Water Resources Office attended the meeting.
