用免疫组织化学ABC法对精浆聚集素(seminalclusterin,SC)在大鼠体内分布进行了研究。结果表明,SC在附睾的分布因区域不同而异,附睾头起始段上皮无SC免疫反应性,自中段至附睾体的上皮细胞则表现为强SC免疫反应性;在附睾尾,阳性反应物质主要集中在管腔内精子和上皮表面静纤毛,而胞质顶部仅显示少量SC反应物。在肾远曲小管上皮细胞、小肠绒毛上皮的杯状细胞以及间质中巨噬细胞,肝血窦的星状细胞、脾白髓中巨噬细胞、肺间质中的巨噬细胞以及大脑脑室脉络膜上皮细胞均有SC免疫反应性。在女性生殖系统中,输卵管和子宫上皮为阳性,卵巢中初级和次级卵泡中的卵细胞呈强阳性;黄体细胞弱阳性;心肌、骨骼肌及内脏(子宫)平滑肌均为阴性。以上结果表明:SC并非睾丸的一种特异性蛋白,它在大鼠体内分布广泛。
The distribution of seminalclusterin (SC) in rats was studied by immunohistochemical ABC method. The results showed that the distribution of SC in the epididymis varied with different regions. The epithelium of the epididymal head had no SC immunoreactivity, while the epithelial cells from the middle to the epididymis showed strong SC immunoreactivity. In the female reproductive system, tubal and uterine epithelium were positive, ovaries in the primary and secondary follicles in the egg cells were strongly positive; corpus luteum cells were weakly positive; myocardial, skeletal muscle and visceral (uterine) smooth muscle were negative. The above results show that: SC is not a specific testicular protein, which is widely distributed in rats.
