调动学生学习的积极性是提高教学质量的重要途径,学生积极性提高,心理表现为主动学习,兴趣浓厚,求知欲强烈。生理反映为大脑兴奋性增强,激素分泌增多,心脏系统活动加强。课堂行为表现为能接受较大的运动强度和密度,教学效果体现出锻炼积极性提高,技术掌握加快,自身预防意识增强,不易发生伤害事故。当教师的劳动得到学生的认可和尊敬,教师的表率作用和施教水平将会更高。由此形成良性循环,真正体现教与学双方的积极性,充分发挥学生的主体和教师的主导作用。
