本文观察并研究了白花前胡提取物PPD对肺动脉高压大鼠的血流动力学和血液流变学作用及相应参数的物理意义和数学关系。结果表明:PPD能明显改善肺动脉压力和血管尺寸等指标;显著降低全血粘度和还原粘度;增加肺循环血流量。
This article observed and studied the physical significance and mathematical relationship of the hemodynamics and hemorheology of PPD on Pulmonary hypertension in rats. The results showed that: PPD can significantly improve the pulmonary artery pressure and blood vessel size and other indicators; significantly reduce the viscosity of whole blood and reduce the viscosity; increase pulmonary blood flow.
