以超高效杀虫剂氯虫苯甲酰胺为先导,在酰胺部分引入了邻杂环(噁二唑),设计并合成了16个含邻杂环(噁二唑)甲酰苯胺类新化合物。生测结果表明,化合物普遍具有高杀虫活性,在10 mg/L剂量下对小菜蛾的致死率均大于80%。本研究结果为该类化合物的创制提供了参考。
With the introduction of the o-heterocyclic ring (oxadiazole) as the leader in the insecticide chlorantraniliprole, 16 new compounds containing o-heterocyclic (oxadiazole) carboxanilides were designed and synthesized. Bioassay results showed that the compounds generally have high insecticidal activity, and the lethal rates to the diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella) at the dose of 10 mg / L were both above 80%. The results of this study provide a reference for the creation of these compounds.
