旧砂的流化再生,是凭借砂粒与砂粒之间的频繁碰撞与摩擦,以及砂粒同器壁之间的摩擦、将烧结在砂粒麦面上的粘土薄膜彻底毁坏,使之成为细粉而后由气流的夹带作用将这些细粉带出器外。这种碰撞与磨擦越激烈,以及气流的夹带能力越大。旧砂的再生效果越好;因此气流必须有足够高的速度,才能够使砂粒获得机械运动能量来完成旧砂再生工作。
The fluidized regeneration of the old sand relies on the frequent collision and friction between the sand and the sand as well as the friction between the sand and the wall of the sand to completely destroy the clay film sintered on the sand and wheat surface and make it a fine powder. The entrainment of the airflow removes these fines out of the unit. The more intense the collision and friction, and the greater the entrainment ability of the airflow. The better the regeneration effect of the old sand; therefore, the airflow must be of a sufficiently high velocity to be able to get the mechanical energy of the sand to complete the regeneration of the old sand.
