我国北方炼油厂冷季加工能耗比暖季高出很多。本文通过哈尔滨、吉林两炼油厂的调查、分析揭示了冷季附加能耗的由来;通过传热和用能过程的分析,阐明了气温影响散热量变化和附加能耗分布的规律;针对存在的问题和带有共性的具体条件,指出了降低冷季附加能耗的途径。哈、吉两厂节能规划结果表明,寒冷地区炼油厂能耗有可能接近或达到温暖地区的水平。
China’s northern refinery processing energy consumption in cold season is much higher than the warm season. Through the investigation and analysis of two refineries in Harbin and Jilin, this paper reveals the origin of the additional energy consumption in the cold season. By the analysis of heat transfer and energy consumption process, the law that the air temperature affects the heat dissipation and the distribution of additional energy consumption is clarified. Problems and specific conditions with commonality point out ways to reduce the additional energy consumption in the cold season. Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan plant two energy-saving planning results show that the energy consumption of refineries in cold areas may be close to or reach the level of warm areas.
