自由锻技术的转让方假若通过编制锻造程序的方法向购买方转让技术就要容易得多,因为在编制程序的情况下,对操作者培训的要求就只限于纯机械的操作。锻造工艺的程序控制不仅可以保证锻件的质量,而且可保障锻件尺寸的准确性及产量。对于技术购买方人员的培训在一个教练设备上进行较短时间的学习就够了,当然这种设备应当适用于完整的和程序化的工作方法。
It is much easier for the transferor of free-forging technology to transfer the technology to the purchaser through the forging process since the requirements for operator training are limited to purely mechanical operations in the context of programming. Forging process control can not only guarantee the quality of forgings, but also to ensure the accuracy of forgings size and output. It is sufficient to train a purchaser of technology on a coaching device for a short period of time, although such a device should be suitable for a complete and procedural working method.
