新课程理念下要求新时代的教师应是创新型教师,创新即意味着创新教学方法、创新教学过程,并鼓励和激发学生的创新意识和创新潜能。高中英语教学的目的绝不只是学生在教师的引导下,获取课文所传达的信息,也不仅仅是让学生掌握课文所包含的词语、词法、句型和语法等语言知识。
