生物入侵是人类生存发展必须有效应对的巨大挑战.对生物入侵机制的了解有助于对入侵生物的预警和治理.被世界自然保护联盟列入全球100种最危险入侵生物的B型烟粉虱近20年来陆续入侵全球许多国家和地区,并陆续取代危害性不大的土著近缘生物,造成大片作物严重减产和绝收.许多国家的科学家一直在探索B型烟粉虱强大入侵本能的奥秘.浙江大学刘树生科研小组综合应用生态学、行为学、病毒学、分子生物学等领域的研究方法,发现该害虫入侵的2个主要机制:入侵烟粉虱与土著烟粉虱之间的非对称交配互作;入侵烟粉虱与所传双生病毒之间的间接互惠共生.
Invasion of organisms is a huge challenge that human beings must effectively deal with in order to survive and develop.The understanding of biological invasion mechanism contributes to the early warning and management of invading organisms.The B biotypes of B-biotype that are listed as the 100 most dangerous invasive species in the world by the World Conservation Union In the recent 20 years, many countries and regions have invaded the world and gradually replaced the less harmful indigenous relatives, resulting in serious crop cuts and no-yield crops. Many countries scientists have been exploring the mystery of the strong invasive instinct of the B-type whitefly. Zhejiang University, Liu Shusheng research group integrated application of ecology, behavior, virology, molecular biology and other fields of research methods and found that the pest invasion of the two main mechanisms: Invasive Bemisia tabaci and indigenous whitefly asymmetric mating Interaction; Invasive Bemisia tabaci and the transmitted indirect virus between the symbiosis.
