对于地下管道土壤环境腐蚀性及防护状况带状图的研究,以原位测量方法获得的腐蚀电流密度i_(corr)作为土壤腐蚀性评定方法和定量等级指标。从自然环境腐蚀势态和管道腐蚀控制势态两个方面考虑,选取了腐蚀率、腐蚀电流密度、防腐涂层的绝缘电阻、管道的阴极保护电位四个参数。根据这四个参数综合评定埋地管道的危险程度,并用选定的标记标注在管道走向图上。该方法在铁大线上进行了实验,根据实测数据作了综合分析评价。这种研究成果的应用提高了土壤腐蚀性评定的可靠性和综合性,使重点防腐管段的确定和防护状态的评价简单明了,提高了管理水平和经济效益。
For the study of corrosive and protective striping of soil environment in underground pipelines, the corrosive current density i corr obtained by in-situ measurement method was taken as the assessment method of soil corrosivity and quantitative grade index. Considering the natural environment corrosion status and pipeline corrosion control status, four parameters of corrosion rate, corrosion current density, insulation resistance of anti-corrosion coating and cathodic protection potential of pipeline were selected. According to these four parameters, the degree of danger of buried pipeline is evaluated comprehensively, and marked with the selected marker on the pipeline diagram. The method was carried out on the iron line experiments, based on the measured data made a comprehensive analysis and evaluation. The application of such research results improves the reliability and comprehensiveness of soil corrosivity assessment, simplifies the determination of key anticorrosive pipe sections and evaluation of protection status, and improves the management level and economic benefits.
