外语学习是怎样进行的?认知的、感情的、自然的这三个领域在成功地学好语言中最为理想的相互关系是怎样的?小孩与成人学习外语的差异在哪里?外语教师会说并懂得一种语言,不等于说他有能力解释语言的体系,能认识教学中出现的问题的性质并作出有效的处理。本文指出,作为语言教师,需了解其从事教授语言的体系,探索教学过程中可变因素的网络,从而可以形成自己的理论基础,为自己选择或设计教学方法和技巧找到理论根据,才能使自己避免成为一种思想方法的奴隶。文章还指出语言学理论的研究与发展与心理学的研究与发展不仅互相促进,而且有惊人相似之处,让读者初步领略到科学发展的规律性。
How do foreign language learning proceed? What are the best relationships between cognitive, affective and natural language in successfully learning a language? What is the difference between a foreign language and an adult learning foreign language teacher?
