目的:深入了解某市乳酸菌乳品的销售情况以及微生物指标的污染状况。方法:严格遵守国家与国际规范标准,以222份乳酸菌乳品为准进行了各种实验测定,其包含了乳酸菌数、大肠菌数以及致病菌数等多项测定实验。结果:在222份乳酸菌乳品中,总体合格率只有紧紧52.25%,其中乳酸菌数的合格率为72.97%,大肠菌群的合格率为95.05%,致病菌的合格率为100%,针对这种情况生产厂家将样品委托送检的产品合格率明显的高于监督抽样调查的。结论:在未来的工作中必须要加强乳酸菌乳品的监督检测工作,对其生产、运输、存储、销售等各环节都不容忽视,要及时的给予应有的重视,以提高乳酸菌乳品的质量,为乳酸菌乳品产业的发展提供良好的市场基础。
