本文采用2450MHZ,功率密度30MW/Cm~2的微波辐照大白兔头部,每天4小时,共30天。在裂隙灯显微镜下检查未发现角膜异常。但光镜观察则(?)现病理改变,其特点为角膜上皮细胞广泛空网状变性,部分细胞浆嗜酸性变,细胞固缩钝圆,胞膜增厚伴细胞间隙加宽。表明亚白内障阈值的微波长期辐照,即可引起角膜损伤。该剂量对视网膜尚未见产生明显影响。而采用270mw/cm~2高强度微波辐照2小时一次,即可致明显的角膜混浊甚致穿孔和眼的其它部分(含视网膜)损害。
In this paper, 2450MHZ, power density 30MW / Cm ~ 2 microwave irradiation rabbit head, 4 hours a day for a total of 30 days. Corneal abnormalities were not detected by slit lamp microscopy. But light microscopy (?) Pathological changes are characterized by extensive empty reticular degeneration of corneal epithelial cells, some of the cytoplasm eosinophilic changes, cell shrinkage obtuse, thickening of the cell membrane with widening of the gap. Long-term exposure to sub-cataract microwave irradiation can cause corneal damage. This dose has not seen any significant effect on the retina. The use of 270mw / cm ~ 2 high-intensity microwave irradiation for 2 hours, can cause significant corneal opacity even perforation and other parts of the eye (including the retina) damage.
