目的探讨鼻喷胰岛素治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的疗效。方法用０．５％去氧胆酸钠作吸收促进剂的鼻喷胰岛素治疗８例Ⅱ型糖尿病病人。结果该疗法能明显抑制糖尿病人餐后３０ｍｉｎ血糖水平（Ｐ＝０．００１５），且使餐后２ｈ血糖上升幅度明显下降（Ｐ＝０．０００５）。无明显副作用。连续使用１周，尚使空腹血糖得到改善。结论提示鼻喷胰岛素可作为治疗糖尿病的有效辅助措施。
Objective To investigate the effect of nasal spray insulin on type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus. Methods Eighty patients with type Ⅱ diabetes were treated with nasal spray insulin with 0.5% sodium deoxycholate as absorption enhancer. Results The therapy could significantly inhibit the blood glucose level of 30min after meal in diabetic patients (P = 0.0015), and the increase of blood glucose 2h after meal decreased significantly (P = 0.0005). No obvious side effects. Continuous use of 1 week, still make fasting blood glucose improved. Conclusions Nasal spray insulin can be used as an effective adjuvant treatment of diabetes.
