沈阳市对目前楼房住宅中普遍存在的凸出墙体的固定防护栏实行有组织、有计划的拆改,受到了广大居民的拥护。目前在楼房住宅中大量安装的凸出墙体的固定防护栏样式各异,规格众多,不仅严重影响城市整体形象,且一旦发生火灾或地震等意外事故,不利于人员及时疏散及营救,并屡屡发生不法分子借助底层凸栏轻易进入无防护栏的上层实施犯罪的案件,导致邻里间的尖锐对立。
Shenyang Municipality has implemented organized and planned demolition of the fixed barriers that are commonly found in current residential buildings, and has been supported by the majority of residents. At present, the large number of fixed fences of the projecting walls installed in the building houses vary in size and specifications, which not only seriously affects the overall image of the city, but also causes accidents such as fire or earthquake, which is not conducive to the timely evacuation and rescue of people, and is often repeated. Lawbreakers who have easily entered the unprotected columns by means of the bottom ledges commit crimes, leading to sharp opposition between neighbours.
