目的:探讨早期血清心肌酶水平的变化对手足口病(HFMD)患儿心肌损害的诊断价值及临床意义。方法:采用全自动生化分析仪检测692例HFMD患儿(病例组)血清α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶MB(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性;并与136例非感染性疾病患儿(对照组)检测结果进行对照分析。结果:病例组α-HBDH、CK、CK-MB、LDH的活性均高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:早期检测血清心肌酶水平可以较好地判断HFMD患儿的心肌损害程度,并为临床治疗提供依据。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value and clinical significance of changes of early serum myocardial enzymes in myocardial damage in children with hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD). Methods: Serum a-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (α-HBDH), creatine kinase (CK) and creatine phosphokinase MB (CK) were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer in 692 children with HFMD -MB), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity; and 136 cases of non-infectious disease in children (control group) test results were analyzed. Results: The activity of α-HBDH, CK, CK-MB and LDH in case group were higher than those in control group (all P <0.01). Conclusion: Early detection of serum myocardial enzyme level can better determine the extent of myocardial damage in children with HFMD, and provide a basis for clinical treatment.
