校本研修是新课程实施以来教师专业培训的重要方式,以其特有的针对性和灵活性,积极推动了新课程改革的发展进程。然而,当新课程进入到纵深处时,一线教师到底需要怎样的校本研修活动?对此,我们通过调研,了解一线教师的教研需求,据此也提出一些建议。
School-based training is an important way of teacher professional training since the implementation of the new curriculum. With its unique pertinence and flexibility, school-based training has actively promoted the development of the new curriculum reform. However, what kind of school-based training activities do front-line teachers need when they come in the depths? In this regard, we also make some suggestions on how to understand the teaching and research needs of front-line teachers through research.
