优良的少年儿童讀物是对儿童进行共产主义教育的有力工具。在大力开展共产主义少年儿童运动中,我們开展了紅領巾讀书月活动。活动中,孩子們紛紛訂阅中国少年报、新少年报,少年文艺、儿童时代、一般均讀完三本以上文字书,个个参加了讲故事、读书会。随着讀书活动的开展,孩子們的閱讀能力和写作水平有了显著提高,由于紅色书籍的感染,儿童中共产主义思想在不断增长,好人好事不断出現,学校面貌有了很大的改变。红領巾讀书月活动,我们是这样組織的:
Good children's books are a powerful tool for communist education of children. In vigorously promoting the communist movement for children and adolescents, we conducted a monthly lunar calendar reading campaign. Activities, the children have subscribed to China Youth Daily, New Youth Daily, juvenile literature and art, children's times, generally have finished reading more than three textbooks, all participated in storytelling, reading. As reading activity progresses, children's reading ability and writing skills have risen markedly. Due to the infection of red books, the growing communist ideology in children and the emergence of good and good deeds, the outlook of the school has undergone great changes.
