在高职人才的培养、实践教学中,比较重要的一个环节就是顶岗实习。高职学生通过进行顶岗实习可以让其自身综合素质、职业技能得到不断提升,为学生毕业后的就业增加机会。但是,在进行顶岗实习的过程中还存在着一些问题,如工作的积极性较差、擅自离岗、违反企业的各种规章制度等,这说明学生顶岗实习的效果并不理想,因此应该在定岗实习中建立相关的激励机制,这样才能提升顶岗实习的效率。本文对高职学生顶岗实习工作中激励机制的有效运用进行探析,为顶岗实习工作的有效进行提供有利条件。
In vocational training, practical teaching, a more important part is the internship. Higher vocational students through internships can make their own overall quality, vocational skills have been continuously improved for post-graduate employment opportunities increase. However, there are still some problems in the process of internship, such as poor enthusiasm for work, leaving the post without permission, and violating various rules and regulations of enterprises.
