王树声,原名王宏信,湖北麻城人,杰出军事家,1926年加入中国共产党。1955年披授予大将军衔和一级八一勋章、一级独立自由勋章、一级解放勋章。王树声英勇善战,为创建鄂豫皖、川陕革命根据地和红四方面军建立了不朽的功勋,但在个人感情方面,他却变得有些“笨拙”。
