“七五”期间工业处的科技工作围绕为运输生产服务的中心,主要抓了产品结构调整,开发新产品,开发应用新工艺、新材料、新技术,提高产品质量,降低消耗等。其中申报国家级新产品项目有:绝缘型轨距杆、公铁两用车、电脑极频机车信号、节能型电力变压器、桥隧限界检测车等。现简要介绍异型钢轨焊接技术,列车速度监督置,JSH—4型低温钢轨探伤仪,GC—160型重型轨道车4项。
During the “Seventh Five-Year” period, the science and technology work of the Industrial Department centered on the center of transportation and service, focusing on the adjustment of product structure, development of new products, development and application of new techniques, new materials and technologies, improvement of product quality and reduction of consumption. Which declare the state-level new product projects are: gauge track gauge rail, dual-purpose rail cars, computer frequency locomotive signals, energy-saving power transformers, bridges and tunnels limit detection vehicles. Now briefly introduce profiled rail welding technology, train speed supervisor, JSH-4 low temperature rail flaw detector, GC-160 heavy rail car.
