随着我国改革开放的不断深入,世界各国纷纷看好中国市场,世界500强企业大部分都已进入中国,抢占中国的这个大市场。而中国企业的产品和服务,将大量进入国际市场。质量,日益成为企业生存和发展的重大问题。“以质量求生存,以质量求发展”的质量方针成为获得最佳经济效益和获得至高信誉的手段,这一方针已为广大企业所接受,目前,各种企业、商店、服务部门进行各种承诺活动,就是以自己产品的质量、服务的质量对社会的一种保证。
