本研究在明确师范院校的特殊教学目标、基本任务的基础上,对传统教学内容和多元化教学内容进行实验研究,由此证明,多元化的教学内容有助于对师范院校学生的各方面素质的培养。师使师范院校女生形体课真正体现出育体、育心的效应,为今后高校形体课教学改革提供参考。
Based on the specific teaching objectives and basic tasks of normal colleges and universities, this study conducts experimental research on traditional teaching contents and diversified teaching contents, which proves that a wide range of teaching contents can help students of normal colleges and universities Aspects of quality training. Teachers can make girls’ physical education class in normal colleges and universities truly reflect the effect of childbirth and education and provide reference for physical teaching reform in colleges and universities in the future.
