在阐明黄河下游河道淤积萎缩特点的基础上,通过理论推导和野外观测资料分析,探讨了河道淤积萎缩对行洪能力的影响.研究表明,河道行洪能力与河道萎缩具有非线性的响应关系;主河槽床面淤积,造成平滩流量减小,洪水起涨水位抬升;主河槽宽度缩窄,造成洪水水位涨率增大,河道排洪能力降低.
On the basis of elucidating the characteristics of siltation and shrinkage in the lower Yellow River, the effects of siltation of the river siltation on flood discharge capacity are discussed through theoretical derivation and field observation data. The results show that there is a nonlinear response between flood discharge capacity and river channel shrinkage. The siltation of the bed of the main river channel resulted in the decrease of the discharge of the flat beach and the rise of flood water level. The width of the main river channel narrowed, resulting in an increase of flood water level and a decrease of discharge capacity of the river.
