我国是社会主义法治国家,国家建设需要法律的正确运行,而法律的真正价值是实现司法公正。司法官作为法律的践行者不仅需要有足够的道德知识和审判技能,更需要司法官高水平的伦理素养来指导司法行为,进而加强司法伦理的实效性建设。研究对司法伦理实施效果的评价标准,进一步提高司法的伦理价值,对实现司法公正具有重要意义。
China is a socialist country governed by the rule of law. National development requires the proper operation of the law. The true value of the law is to realize judicial fairness. Judges, as law practitioners, not only need to have enough moral knowledge and judgment skills, but also need the high level of ethical standards of judicial officials to guide the judicial behaviors and thus enhance the effectiveness of judicial ethics. Studying the evaluation criteria of the effect of judicial ethics implementation and further improving the ethical value of the judiciary are of great significance to the realization of judicial fairness.
