以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体、过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂、红外反射颜料为改性剂,本体聚合制备有机玻璃。研究IRP-B用量对有机玻璃力学性能和红外反射性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着IRP-B用量的增加,有机玻璃硬度增大,抗弯强度先增大后降低,冲击强度略微下降,780~2500 nm波段范围的反射率增大。当IRP-B用量为5%时,有机玻璃具有良好的反射特性(780~2500 nm反射率为55%,光泽度为88.3)、硬度(93.5 HD)、抗弯曲强度(104 MPa)和冲击强度(3.51 kJ/m~2)。红外反射颜料添加在有机玻璃中,不仅可保证有机玻璃良好的力学性能,而且可使其具有良好的反射隔热功能,将其应用在建筑装饰领域可实现节能降耗。
Using methyl methacrylate (MMA) as monomer, benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator and infrared reflective pigment as modifier, bulk polymerization was used to prepare plexiglass. The effect of IRP-B dosage on the mechanical properties and IR reflection properties of plexiglass was studied. The results show that with the increase of the amount of IRP-B, the plexiglass hardness increases, the flexural strength first increases and then decreases, the impact strength decreases slightly, and the reflectivity in the range of 780 ~ 2500 nm increases. When IRP-B content is 5%, plexiglass has good reflection properties (reflectance of 55% at 780-2500 nm, gloss of 88.3), hardness (93.5 HD), flexural strength (104 MPa) and impact strength (3.51 kJ / m ~ 2). The addition of the infrared reflective pigment in the plexiglass not only ensures the good mechanical properties of the plexiglass, but also can make it have a good reflective heat insulation function, which can be used in the field of architectural decoration to save energy and reduce consumption.
