四川省峨边彝族自治县由贫困走向富裕的道路发人深思。目前,我国不少贫困地区情况同峨边有类似情况,当地资源丰富,而未能充分利用,捧着金饭碗要饭。峨边的经验说明,一定要根据当地实际情况,发挥、利用当地的优势,形成优势产业,才能一步步走出贫困。问题的关键是思想方法对头,因地制宜,从实际出发。还要树立自强不息的精神,在一段时期内,对某些困难大的地方,国家给予一定支援是必要的;但靠外援是富裕不起来的。峨边的经验告诉我们:路就在自己的脚下,致富的钥匙就握在自己的手中。
Ebian Yi Autonomous County of Sichuan Province from poverty to prosperity of the road thought-provoking. At present, the situation in many impoverished areas in our country is similar to that of Ebian. The local resources are rich but fail to make full use of the golden rice bowl. Ebian’s experience shows that we must make full use of local advantages and form advantageous industries according to local conditions so that we can step out of poverty step by step. The crux of the problem is the right way of thinking and measures to suit one’s measures to local conditions and proceed from reality. It is also necessary to establish a spirit of self-improvement. It is necessary for some countries with some difficulties to provide some support in a period of time. However, foreign aid can not afford to be affluent. Ebian experience tells us: the road is at your own feet, the key to getting rich in their own hands.
