以正常人99眼和青光眼患者146眼为研究对象,用Humphrey视野计的黄斑光阈值程序进行研究.结果:早期青光眼与正常人相比黄斑敏感性有明显下降,且随病情进展黄斑光阈值更进一步降低.青光眼各象限黄斑光阈值与正常人相比均明显下降,青光眼黄斑光阈值上方的敏感性明显低于下方结果表明早期无视野缺损的青光眼的黄斑光阈值升高是视神经节细胞功能紊乱的表现之一利用这一特点可以发现更为早期的青光眼,对可疑青光眼患者进行黄斑光阈值的检查,将提高青光眼的早期诊断率.
99 eyes of normal subjects and 146 eyes of glaucoma patients were selected as the study subjects. Humphrey visual field was used to study the macular threshold procedure.
