本文介绍了一种对微小凹球进行柔性成形研磨加工的方法,并对该方法的特点以及影响加工精度的主要因素进行了详细分析。在此基础上对声显微镜的声透镜体进行了研磨加工。本文的方法及精度分析对实际生产具有一定参考价值。
In this paper, a method of flexible forming micro-concave ball grinding process, and the characteristics of the method and the main factors affecting the accuracy of a detailed analysis. On this basis, the acoustic lens of the acoustic microscope was ground. The method and precision analysis of this article have some reference value for actual production.
