一、引言自《现代公司与私有财产》这一经典著作问世至今,企业所有权与经营权相分离的思想逐渐深入人心,被视为是现代企业管理理论的基石。“两权分立”理所当然的成为了现代企业制度的一个核心特征,企业的所有者与经营者也成为了基于委托代理契约的博弈双方。根据委托代理理论的观点,为了确保经营者的行为与所有者的利益相一致并达到共同提升企业绩效的目的,企业的所有者就必须对经营者实施有效的激励政策。毋容置疑,薪酬激励作为现代企业激励政策中最为重要的内容之一,必然也在企业运行

INTRODUCTION Since the advent of the classic book “Modern Company and Private Property”, the idea of separation of ownership and management of the enterprise gradually enjoys popular support and is regarded as the cornerstone of the modern enterprise management theory. “The separation of ownership ” has of course become a core feature of the modern enterprise system, and the owner and manager of the enterprise have become both sides of the game based on the principal-agent contract. According to the principal-agent theory, in order to ensure that the behavior of managers is consistent with the interests of owners and achieve the purpose of jointly improving enterprise performance, the owners of enterprises must implement effective incentive policies for managers. There is no doubt that remuneration incentives as one of the most important elements of modern business incentives, must also run in the business
