研究了 L a助剂对甲醇水蒸汽重整制氢 Cu O- Zn O- Al2 O3催化剂性能的影响 .结果表明 ,加入 L a助剂后 ,催化剂的低温活性和稳定性都得到明显提高 ;稳定性实验表明 ,在合适的反应条件下 ,Cu O- Zn O- L a2 O3- Al2 O3催化剂经 6 0 0 h实验 ,其甲醇转化率稳定在 87.5 %以上 ,CO含量低于 0 .35 % ,显示出良好的工业应用前景 . XPS研究表明 ,加入 L a助剂后 ,铜组分在催化剂表面得到了更好的分散 ,且反应过程中在该催化剂表面 Zn的富集量远高于在 Cu O- Zn O- Al2 O3催化剂表面上 .
The effects of L a promoter on the performance of Cu O- Zn O-Al 2 O 3 catalyst for steam reforming of methanol were studied.The results showed that the activity and stability of catalyst at low temperature were improved obviously after L a promoter was added, The results of the experiments show that under suitable reaction conditions, the conversion of methanol is stable at 87.5% and the content of CO is less than 0.35% under the conditions of 600 h for Cu O Zn O L a 2 O 3 -Al 2 O 3 catalyst. Showing good prospects for industrial applications.XPS study showed that after the addition of L a promoter, the copper component in the catalyst surface has been better dispersed, and during the reaction of Zn in the catalyst surface enrichment is much higher than in Cu O-Zn O-Al 2 O 3 catalyst surface.
