Wedelia calendulaceae is used in India as a drug to treat wounds and ulcers. This article discusses the healing effect of water extract of Radix Angelica on wound healing in rats. The dried chrysanthemum leaves were dried and crushed, and then extracted with petroleum ether, benzene, chloroform, alcohol, and water, and the extracts were made into 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% ointments, respectively. 80 adult healthy Charles Foster rats were first taken and divided into 6 groups, 15 in each group. They were fasted for 18 hours before the experiment. The first 5 groups were used to investigate the effects of Qi Ju Ointment made from different solvent extracts at different concentrations. Group 6 is the control group. The screening results showed that only the water extract had a therapeutic effect. After taking 10 rats, under a sterile anesthesia, the skin of a certain area of the back of the rat was removed, and the cage was raised.
