1 井管的受力状态混凝土井管适用于井深小于100m的浅管井,一般井壁管不加构造钢筋,单节长1m,井管外径300~500mm,壁厚30~50mm。正常运行工况下,井管受自重及其上部井管重量产生的压力,水及土的侧压力。1.1 竖向受力分析对于浅管井,一般施工要求井孔斜度小于1°,所以竖向按圆形截面的平面受压构件考虑。其受压承载力按下式计算:σ=αN/((?)A_c)(1)式中σ为井管自重产生的应力MPa;α为动力系数;N为轴向力设计值(kN);(?)为素混凝土构件的稳定系数,一般来说,L/d<4,取1.0;A_c为混凝土受压区截面面积m~2。
