我院自1988年4月～1989年4月用日本田边制药株式会社产盐酸硫氮酮(以下简称Dil)治疗冠心病心绞痛42例,现将结果报告如下。材料和方法冠心病62例中男35例,女27例;年龄38～62岁,平均55.2岁。全部患者均有心绞痛发作同时伴有休息或负荷心电图异常,符合冠心病诊断标准。属稳定型45例,不稳定型14例,梗塞后心绞痛3例。轻度34例,中度23例,重度5例。合并高血压病9例、糖尿病2例。
Our hospital from April 1988 ~ April 1989 with Japan Tanabe Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. made of thiazide hydrochloride (hereinafter referred to as Dil) treatment of coronary heart disease in 42 cases, the results are reported as follows. Materials and Methods 62 cases of coronary heart disease in 35 males and 27 females; aged 38 to 62 years, mean 55.2 years. All patients have angina pectoris accompanied by resting or load ECG abnormalities, in line with the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease. A stable type 45 cases, 14 cases of unstable type, 3 cases of post-infarction angina. Mild 34 cases, moderate 23 cases, severe 5 cases. 9 cases of hypertension, 2 cases of diabetes.
