诺氟沙星,又名氟哌酸,系第三代喹诺酮类抗菌药,对革蓝氏阴性和阳性菌有广谱抗菌活性,对金黄色葡萄球菌、奇异变形杆菌、绿脓杆菌和大肠杆菌引起的全身急性感染作用显著。但诺氟沙星在水或乙醇中极微溶解;在醋酸、盐酸或氢氧化钠溶液中易溶。所以在剂型的研制、临床应用、质量控制和含量测定等方面带来种种困难。应用的剂型中除了片剂和胶囊剂供口服外,近年来才偶有部分医疗单位试制成灌肠剂、滴眼剂。为了充分利用药物剂型增加给药途径,我们研制了诺氟沙星滴耳剂,用於治疗金黄色葡萄球菌感染的中耳炎,获得满意效果,现介绍如下。

In order to take full advantage of the drug dosage form to increase the route of administration, we have developed norfloxacin ear drops for the treatment of otitis media with Staphylococcus aureus infection, to obtain satisfactory results, are described below.
