合成了一种新型Er3+-Yb3+共掺配合物Er1.2Yb0.8(PBa)6(Phen)2,在有机溶剂环戊酮中有具良好的溶解性,Er3+离子在材料中的质量百分比掺杂浓度可达10.8%。这种配合物可以直接旋涂成膜,用原子力显微镜(AFM)测得配合物薄膜表面粗糙度为0.745nm。荧光发射谱的测试表明,配合物的荧光半高宽(FWHM)为60nm。以PMMA基片为衬底,制备了稀土掺杂全聚合物光波导放大器,且当泵浦光波长为980nm、功率为200mW和信号光功率为0.2mW时,在3.2cm长的样品中获得了2.7dB@1 535nm的相对增益。
A novel Er3 + -Yb3 + codoped compound, Er1.2Yb0.8 (PBa) 6 (Phen) 2, was synthesized. It has good solubility in cyclopentanone as an organic solvent. The mass percentage of Er3 + Concentration up to 10.8%. The complex can be directly spin-coated into films, with atomic force microscopy (AFM) measured complex film surface roughness of 0.745nm. Fluorescence emission spectrum of the test showed that the fluorescence half width of the complex (FWHM) of 60nm. A rare earth-doped all-polymer optical waveguide amplifier was prepared using a PMMA substrate as a substrate. When the pump light wavelength was 980 nm, the power was 200 mW, and the signal light power was 0.2 mW, a 3.2 cm long sample was obtained 2.7dB@1 535nm relative gain.
