目的了解甲硝唑顿服治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床价值。方法对１００例滴虫性阴道炎患者采用甲硝唑２０，１次顿服法治疗，与５８例采用甲硝唑０２，１日３次服用连续１０天的常规服药法作对照进行临床观察。结果治疗组治愈率９４％，对照组治愈率７５９％，Ｐ＜００５，且两组中合并早孕行人流术与正常人流术相比，术中出血量有显著性差异。结论甲硝唑顿服治疗较常规治疗更具疗效，且甲硝唑有止血作用。
Objective To understand the clinical value of metronidazole in the treatment of trichomonas vaginitis. Conclusion Metronidazole Dayton treatment is more effective than conventional treatment, and metronidazole has a hemostatic effect.
