目的:分析病案复印管理中的常见问题,并针对问题予以改进措施。方法:通过对我院病案复印中存在的问题进行分析,将分析得出的问题予以改进措施。结果:病案复印管理中存在6大问题,分别是病案复印人对病案复印所需相关证明方面未形成正确认识、病案复印人对可复印内容界定不清,与病案室管理要求存在分歧,病案复印人在复印收费项目方面存在意见、病案资料完善不及时、病案复印人员服务较差、复印流程复杂,复印花费时间较长。结论:对病案复印管理中存在的常见问题予以改进措施,能够有效改善工作效率,提高服务满意度,具有重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the common problems in the management of medical records and to improve them for the problems. Methods: Through the analysis of the problems existing in the medical records in our hospital, the problems to be analyzed are improved. Results: There are six major problems in the management of medical record copy, which are respectively that the medical copyricker does not have a correct understanding of the related proofs required for the medical record copy, the ill-defined copyrighted person has unclear contents of the copyable copy, the differences with the medical record management requirements, There are opinions on photocopying of charged items, improvement of medical record data is not timely, service of medical record copyists is poor, photocopying process is complicated, and copying takes a long time. Conclusion: It is of great significance to improve the common problems in the management of medical record copy, which can effectively improve work efficiency and improve service satisfaction.
