In order to understand the nutritional status of boarding students in mountainous areas in western Fujian, we conducted a special survey recently and the report is as follows. 1 Subjects and Methods 1.1 Subjects A total of 6382 live-in students from 6 secondary and tertiary technical schools (two in tertiary education, technical secondary school and technical school) in Minxi were randomly selected, of whom, there were 3,882 boys and 3,000 girls.
