教研制度是一所幼儿园教研活动顺利开展的保障。一所幼儿园的教研制度通常能折射出一所幼儿园的园所文化状况,教研制度的建设也能推动和促进园所文化的发展。一般来说,园所文化的影响相对持久而永恒,而教研制度却是在不断的教研实践中才能逐渐改进和完善的。所以我们常说,健全教研制度,我们一直在路上。下面以Z幼儿园(以下简称“Z园”)为例,谈谈笔者对健全教研制度,促进园所教研工作和文化发展相关问题的认识。
