大学生党员后续教育管理是高校学生党建工作的重要环节。本文在分析高校学生党员后续教育管理中存在问题和原因的基础上,提出了从隐性和显性两个方面入手,创新大学生后续教育管理的有效途径,构建学生党员失范预警系统,使后续教育和管理取得实效。
