本文讨论了2006年中央企业职工技能大赛化工分析工竞赛色谱操作考核方案和评分标准的制定思路,并通过对选手得分情况进行分析。作者作为操作规程和评分标准的制定人之一,认为在化工分析工竞赛中,色谱考核的操作方案应设计合理,公开透明;评分标准应减少主观因素,增加准确性、精密度权重。最后对本次大赛色谱考核方式进行了肯定。
This article discusses the concept of the chromatographic operation assessment plan and the scoring criteria for the Chemical Industry Analytical Workers Competition in the Central Enterprise Employee Skills Competition in 2006, and analyzes the scores of the players. As one of the authors of the operating procedures and scoring standards, the author believes that in the chemical analysis and engineering competition, the chromatographic assessment operation program should be designed to be reasonable and open and transparent; the scoring standard should reduce subjective factors and increase accuracy and precision weights. Finally, we confirmed the chromatographic assessment method of this competition.
