本文采用网络查询、访谈、问卷调查法,对长春市参与麒麟鞭锻炼居民的现状进行调查。结果表明:长春市参加麒麟鞭锻炼的人数逐年增加;麒麟鞭运动深得老年人喜爱,练习者的锻炼意识较高;各种自发团体、俱乐部相继涌现,发展状况良好。
This paper investigates the status quo of residents participating in Kirin whip in Changchun by means of internet inquiry, interview and questionnaire survey. The results showed that: the number of people who participated in the unicorn whip training in Changchun increased year by year; the unicorn whip won the favor of the elderly, the exercise awareness of the practitioners was higher; various spontaneous groups and clubs emerged one after another and were in good condition.
