为进一步加强学术期刊各位同仁的联系,尤其是促进学术期刊与文摘类期刊的相互了解与交流,提升学术期刊界的凝聚力与社会贡献力,2011年6月3至7日,由广西民族大学学报编辑部发起,联合中国文科学报学会民族系统联络中心、广西期刊协会共同举办的“学术期刊.文摘与影响因子”学术研讨会在广西民族大学召开。会议邀请了《新华文摘》杂志社原总编张耀铭、《高等学校文科学术文摘》杂志社社长兼执行主编姚申、南京大学中国社会科学研究评价中心副主任沈固朝、《中国社会科学文摘》副主编冯小双、北京大学图书馆文献计量研究室主任何峻等5位专家作主题讲演,围绕中国社科学术期刊及高校文科学报的困境与出路、评价及改革等问题进行了深入探讨。来自国内各学术期刊和高校文科学报的主编、副主编、编辑部主任及编辑人员等一百多人参加了会议。现特将会议发言整理刊发。
In order to further strengthen the contact between colleagues in academic journals, especially to promote mutual understanding and exchange of academic journals and abstract journals, and to enhance the cohesion and social contribution of academic journals, from June 3 to June 7, 2011, the journal of Guangxi University for Nationalities The editorial department has initiated and jointly held a symposium entitled “Academic Journals, Abstracts and Influential Factors” co-sponsored by the National System Liaison Center of the Chinese Society for the Liberation of Arts and Sciences and the Guangxi Periodical Association at Guangxi University for Nationalities. The meeting invited Xinhua Digest magazine former editor Zhang Yaoming, “College Liberal Arts Academic Abstracts” magazine president and executive editor Yao Shen, Nanjing University, China Social Science Research Evaluation Center, deputy director Shen Guochao, "Chinese Social Science Abstracts Feng Xiaoshuang, Associate Editor, and He Jun, Director of Bibliometrics Laboratory of Peking University Library gave speeches on topics such as the dilemma and ways out, evaluation and reform of academic journals of Chinese social sciences and liberal arts journals of colleges and universities. More than 100 people, including chief editors, deputy chief editors, editorial department directors and editorial staff from domestic academic journals and college liberal arts journals, attended the conference. Now the meeting will be finished finishing the issue.
