环核苷酸对实现细胞神经-体液的信息传递,调节糖、脂肪和蛋白代谢和细胞遗传装置活性有重要意义.本文旨在研究红光段低能量激光照射对溃疡病患者代谢过程包括胃、十二指肠球部粘膜和胃液的环核苷酸和乳酸含量的影响.受检查者44例,其中11例为十二指肠溃疡用抗胆碱剂、抗酸剂等治疗;33例(胃溃疡8例,十二指肠溃疡25例)还加用经内窥镜导入的低能量氦-氖激光(-75型,连续式)治疗.经内窥镜取胃液1ml 和自溃疡缺损边缘或瘢痕取活检标本5块,作为病理检查材料.环磷酸腺苷
